All designs undertaken by SPLINT Jewellery as part of a bespoke/custom order remain the sole property of SPLINT Jewellery for design and copyright purposes. Any commissions, adjustments or amendments to SPLINT Jewellery designs, or in creating new products, remain the property of SPLINT Jewellery, to be used as they choose.
